Reservations and Deposits: Reservations subject to availability and minimum tour numbers, will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form, together with the non-refundable deposit with balance as per attached payment schedule. Amendments to the itinerary after the reservation has been completed will be levied at a $50.00 fee per file per alteration. 2. Balance of Payment: Is due no later than 3 months prior to departure. 3. Cancellation of Booking: A fee will be charged for compensation of labour and expenses undertaken on behalf of the tour member as follows: Cancellation 3 months or more prior to departure, total deposits per person; less than 3 months, 50% of tour cost; between 1 month and the day of departure, no refund. These service fees are in addition to any cancellation fees which may be levied by suppliers. Premium Sport Tours Pty. Ltd. (hereafter to be referred to as PST) will provide full details concerning these penalties, together with details of insurance which may cover you for such loss. 4. Alteration to Tour Prices: The tour fares are based on air fares and exchange rates as at the date of printing. Any air fare increases applicable prior to departure must be borne by the passenger(s). In the event of international currency fluctuations or amendments to the itinerary necessitated by unforeseen circumstances, the tour cost will be adjusted accordingly, and the additional cost, if any must be paid by the passenger(s). Should this be unacceptable, the passenger(s) reserves the right to cancel the reservations held, subject to the cancellation charges as detailed in Clause 3 above. Should these changes reduce the tour cost, the applicable refund will be made. 5. Itineraries and Schedules: The tours and packages are based on published airline schedules accommodation, ticket and transfer prices current at the time of printing, which are subject to alteration without notice. PST reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to alter, change or cancel any such components as it deems necessary, at any time, and without obligation. 6. Unused Tour Services: Refunds will not be made in respect of unused accommodation. Neither will refunds be made for meals, sightseeing tours, transfers, or any other services, which are included in the tour cost, but not utilized by the tour member(s). 7. Taxes and Charges: All pre-payable airport taxes and charges are not included in the tour. In some cases, airports include an additional fee on departure, and this is levied on the passenger directly, and not pre-payable by PST. Hotels and service providers will also often add service fees and charges to accounts of a personal nature, which are the responsibility of the passenger. 8. Tickets: The face value of the ticket is not necessarily the actual price paid by the provider of such tickets, as prices are often inclusive of license fees and royalties paid, and for many events are sourced through legally registered overseas ticket brokers. 9. Tour Inclusions: As specified in the inclusions section of each individual tour. It is the passenger’s responsibility at the time of making the booking, to confirm which components are included in the package or tour purchased 10. Tour Exclusions: Charges for passports; visas; meals not specified in the itineraries; beverages; laundry; excess baggage charges; items of a personal nature; vaccinations and inoculations; any expense in Australia; expenses for guides and transportation not included in the itineraries; INSURANCE COVER; and airport taxes except specified. PST will be happy to advise in regard to obtaining passports, visas, permits and insurance. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is compulsory that at the time of making a reservation you take out travel insurance. The policy you choose must include: loss of deposits through cancellation; loss of personal baggage and money; medical expenses; additional expenses to cover curtailment of your tour whilst overseas or in Australia. PST will provide full details. 11. Motor Racing and Race Schools are Dangerous: It is a condition of signing the reservation form, that PST will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or death to persons or property taking part in race schools or gaining admission to motor sports events however caused and no matter whether such damage, injury or death be foreseeable or negligent. 12. Responsibility: PST and/or its associated Companies or Agents give notice that they act as booking agent only for the persons or companies providing or offering the means of travel conveyance, transport, accommodation, or other service and all receipts, dockets, vouchers, coupons, or exchange orders are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which transportation and other services are provided. PST shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be caused or arising during any tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise notwithstanding that the Company’s principal may be a foreign company, corporation or person. So far as the Company shall not be acting as such booking agent it shall be deemed to be acting as Agent for the person making the reservation. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that he is in possession of the other travel documents and that they are in compliance with the current government and transportation companies’ regulations. The right is reserved to modify the itinerary in any way considered necessary or desirable or to change any reservation and/or means of conveyance, without notice and for any reasons whatsoever and without allowance or refund but the extra cost, if any, resulting there from must be paid by the passenger.
