ITINERARYParagliding Banos Ecuador Tamden FlightsThe meeting point is at 2:30 pm at our agency. After you will travel by car for about 45 minutes to the fly zone located at the Niton hill near Pelileo Town. When we get there the pilot will explain the program and we will receive a safety talk and learn about the way how to do this sport.If the weather condition is suitable to fly you will be able to experience one of the most amazing views of the Andes included the Tungurahua Volcano.Of you have the opportunity to fly you will be back to Baos around 6:30pm.2nd. Rafting Baos de Agua SantaOVERVIEWWhitewater Rafting in Baos de Agua Santa is one of the most amazing rafting adventures!Start out with the most challenging rapids to get the adrenaline flowing, then stop for a well-earned lunch.The Pastaza River is Ecuadors best and most famous white water rafting experience with up to 5 hours tour through World Heritage Rainforest of the Sangay National Park.WHAT TO BRINGUSB or SD card to pick up the photos and videos after the tour 4 GB, swimsuit, towel, sunglasses with retention strap, baseball cap, sunscreen and lip balm, insect repellent, personal water bottle.ITINERARYThe tour will start in our office at 9am. If you prefer we can pick you up at your hotel without any additional cost. We will fit all necessary equipment in the office, after which we will drive for about 40 minutes to the river. Along the way you can see several waterfalls and the incredible landscape of the Sangay and Llanganates National parks.When we arrive at the river you will be given a safety talk, explaining everything you need to know about rafting such as paddle commands, and other tips to keep the group safe once in the water.

After the rafting tour, the car will be waiting to drive you to a nearby restaurant where you can eat a well-deserved lunch before we return back to Baos. You should arrive back around 2pm.The Pastaza river has two sections suitable for rafting. The level III+ will be from La Penal to Madre Tierra villages, and the other section is known as upper Pastaza and goes from San Francisco to Topo.The level III+ route can be taken all year around, while the level IV is only open during the summer from August until May, and sporadically in winter.

OVERVIEWThe Jondachi and Hollin Rivers are a blast for white water Kayaking, this 38 kilometers of pristine jungle that is more isolated than most of the river runs in the country. The two white water rivers are different in style the first being technical and the second a big water experience. The trip starts with a hike and a visit to a hidden canyon where there is a chance to make a 10 meter jump into a deep pool. From there the river experience is unique with amazing jungle scenery with many cascading waterfalls along route.

4th. Cotopaxi Climbing

OVERVIEWThe Cotopaxi rises majestically above the Andean Cordilleras and is one of the most active volcanoes of Ecuador, the almost perfect cone shape is an identification sign which makes it world famous as a picture book volcano. Reaching the top of this volcano is a must for every mountaineer who wants to reach even higher peaks. It is technically not a difficult mountain, but a good physical condition is a basic requirement for a successful climb.From the peak you can enjoy a beautiful view over the wide Andes landscape and with a clear view you can even see all of the snow-capped mountains of Ecuador. Glancing into the crater with a diameter of 800 m, from which a sulphur steam is still flowing you can imagine how powerful the forces of nature must have been to create a natural beauty of this kind.ITINERARYFirst day:The tour starts at the Papagayo Hosteria at 10 am where you will meet with the mountain guide and check the equipment. After when you have all the equipment youll drive to the parking area in the Cotopaxi National Park ultill 4600 meters for about two hours then we will hike up to the refuge Jose Rivas at 4810 meters where you will have the lunch. In the Afternoon you will have a technical speech about climbing instructions, first aid and security advices.

After having our dinner and arranging the equipment for tomorrow, we should go to bed early as we get up at midnight to start climbing.Second day:We wake up at midnight in order to leave for the summit at 1 a.m. We need 6 to 7 hours to reach the top and another 3-4 hours to descend. After arriving back to the refuge we have our meal and rest for a while, with the opportunity to observe the flora and fauna in the surrounding area. After this brilliant experience we leave Cotopaxi National Park towards Papagayo Hosteria where is the end of the tour.
