We provide detailed information such as itineraries with timetables and duration of stages, pictures and videos of the places you will visit, destination specific guide books, tourist and climatological information and detailed information of the hotels that will be used. In our online system you can obtain an estimated budget of your trip and keep track of availability. However, Europamundo does not sell directly to the public. To secure a purchase situation without mistakes, we always work together with professional travel agencies, who can secure that flights, land arrangements, visas, etc. are aligned and correct. So your final purchase always have to be done at a travel agency. We want you to have the support of your nearest travel expert.

Europamundo has taken out travel insurance with Europ Assistance to cover all of its passengers. The policy comes into effect on arriving at the destination, at the start of the services with Europamundo and it expires when the circuit arranged by our company has ended. Consequently, it does not include incidents during flights or stays before or afterwards that have not been booked with our company. Detailed information on the General

Procedure to follow: in the event of requiring assistance, contact the guide so that he/she can start the formalities. This insurance has limited cover and does not include important aspects such as electronic equipment, loss, theft, breakage or minor damage (handles/ scratches/ wheels) to lug-gage, cash, jewels or valuable goods, even if they are in hotel rooms / ship cabins. If your luggage is worth more than the inclusion cover, we suggest you declare it before starting the tour and take out extra insurance that provides additional cover.Europamundo declines all responsibility in cases in which the insurance company considers that the policy does not cover the expenses claimed by the passenger, regardless of the reasons.Europamundo advises all its clients to take out additional insurance with additional cover than the one included in our tours. QUALITY HOTELS:

We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. Our hotels are located in the cities we visit. This means that you can easily explore the city on your own, you can add additional nights or return to the hotel later (or earlier) than specified in the itinerary. All hotels have public transport to the city center.

QUALITY MEALS

We know how important it is for some of our travelers to be able to dine at restaurants that provide cuisine from their own country. Our European circuits include a hearty European breakfast buffet. Meals are usually not included (except on selected itineraries which might include some of them) however, we always offer evening transfers with our high quality standard coaches to areas in the city with different restaurant options. This always gives you the possibility to choose food similar to your home country’s or to taste the local specialties. But do not forget savoring the local cuisine is also a way to experience the country and its culture. With Europamundo every option is available!
