o As of May 24, the Town has collected $806,227 (51%) of the annual property tax billing ($1,581,677)

o Lagoon depths: Large Lagoon is 14.25 feet and Small Lagoon is 7.00 feet o Reinstalled gear box on screen press (Treatment Plant) o Repaired thermostat on old gator o Pulled both pumps at the Main Pumping Station and removed debris o Responded to a sewer issue on Lee Avenue – everything on Town side was fine

o Water leak at Dunbarton Oaks repaired o Arbor Care treated all trees on The Circle o Event stage is ready for 2018 Concert Series o Assisted with installation of Rotary Flag for Heroes on The Circle o Town-wide grass cutting continues o Seasonal Parks Workers hired and taking care of plantings

Answered questions from several vendors regarding Audit Confirmation Letters Followed up with City of Seaford regarding electric sub-station remediation and process
followed (Gene Dvornick, Mike Picarello) Held second planning meeting for 2018 Memorial Day Service Received an American And Delaware State flags, both 5’ x 8’, from local resident – will
be flown for holidays after new flag poles are installed Participated in Annual Fleet Review with Enterprise Fleet Management (Gene Dvornick,
Laura Givens) Responded to supportive housing and property acquisition questions from licensed
provider Researched custom logo lobby mats (rental and purchase)
