Alarms connection and definitions:

For Indoor sites External Alarms should be connected and defined 1:1 as per Globul request. On the 15-20% of the sites the alarms are configured differently. This configuration should be kept as it is. File with existing alarm configuration is provided (Alarm_settings_SofiaBSCs_Moto.xlsx).Also double definitions should be removed from some alarms. Details how the existing alarm definition will be transformed are provided in the file AlarmMap_v0.9.xlsx

On the most common case the TP cabinet will provide only 3 alarmsAC Main (Alarm 7) which combine AC SPD alarm, DC SPD alarm and Fuse break alarm and should be set on the ALM relay 4 on UIM02CLow DC Voltage alarm (Alarm 4) which should be set on 46.3V on the ALM relay 6 on UIM02CRectifier failure alarm (Alarm 13) and should be set on ALM relay 8 on UIM02CThe rest of Power alarms will be provided by existing Alarm system and control units as per customer requestMains failure (Alarm7) and One phase down (Alarm5) will be configured on TP but not connected to the Krone in the common case. Only if the existing Alarm system failed to report these alarms by some reason they will be provided by TP.

Below is described the usual way to check this alarm but in this project it will be not checked

Spray the smoker sensor to check if the alarm is reported with OMC if they view the alarm information on M2000.2. Wait several minutes after the alarm is active and check with OMC if the alarm is disappeared on M2000.

High temperature alarm test

Carefully heat the temperature sensor with heat-air-gun to reach the threshold value. Keep the airflow away from plastic details and cabinet insulation. View the active alarm information on the LCD, and view the alarm information on M2000 to check if the alarm is reported.

2. Cool the temperature sensor or wait the temperature to be normal, view the alarm information on M2000 to check if the alarm is disappeared.

Door open alarm test

Open the door of Cabinet or shelter to check the active alarm information on M2000 with OMC.

Air conditioner failure alarm test

Shut down the precision air conditioner ( Floor mounted) or heat the temperature sensor of wall mounted air Conditioner to check if there is a right alarm information on M2000 with OMC.

2. Start the precision air conditioner again and check with OMC if the alarm is disappeared on M2000.

D.G (Generator) running alarm test

Start the generator to check with OMC if the alarm is reported on M2000.

How the TP configuration on site can be performed quickly and easily in just 4 steps:

1. Log on and choose Site Configuration menua. Set date and time: Put on a time zone > GMT+3; click GET WIN TIME click SUBMIT check if the uploaded time and date are rightb. Set Site Information: fill in the site ID/Name fill in the battery capacity click SUBMIT check if the data is submitted properly2. Configuration Operation/Upload default configuration:a. Click :BROWSEb. find the directory where the configuration file is located on your PC and select this filec. click Sendd. the connection will be interrupted

3. Log on again and go truth an Alarm Configuration menu to check the alarm configuration is right one

4. Go to System Configuration/ Battery summary

a. Put on related capacity as summary value of the strings capacity (1x150Ah=150; 2x150Ah=300; 3x150 = 450)b. Fill in the battery installation datec. click SUBMITd. check if the data is submitted properly

The configuration files for TP indoor (N20A5) and outdoor (H15A5) cabinets are attached. Important: Dont mismatch the configuration files the outdoor one must be uploaded only to outdoor TP and vice versa.
