Dear Perspective Talent Recruiters and or Human Resources Development Teams,
My purpose, vision, and goals have identified me as an adversary for all individuals and
communities of the private and public sector. My effervescent personality is consistently visible
and, I openly desire to make every personal encounter or communication exchange purposeful. I
am humble and fortunate for my multidisciplinary education foundation. I have trained in
several areas of emergency medicine, (under the best Trauma Physician, Dr. Norman McSwain)
pharmacology and pharmacodynamics of medication administration and management (CPhT)
and practical leadership skills in public health education. My greatest asset reveals an eager
career learner that consistently seeks a way to empower others, celebrate differences in
community health, and support a transformational change of health. I celebrate creativity in
digital and print media for dynamic productivity. I am a team player and strive for excellence
beyond all boundaries. I am judicious with personal self-assessment; welcoming corrective
actions to improve team goals centered around improving the lives of others Mind, Body, and
Spirit. My emotional intelligence has been my guide to excellent conflict resolution and diversity
challenges in the workplace.

My optimistic, resilient view of health, vision and life goals operates beyond have boundaries to
prioritize quality health over government policy. Current Healthcare Reform became a catalyst,
however, lacks a possible eternal resolution; I have a purpose of improving the lives of ALL
beings. Current public health data and visual aids unveil the indigent truth of Louisiana current
health rankings. Dare to be different with inviting each community to establish a health-centered
culture utilizing grants, 501C3 resources and public assets to fund the change. A blueprint to
quality healthy living standards, community and family shared health goals remains nonexistent.
By default, the unhealthiest citizens are indigenous to a life of poverty perpetuating negative,
immoral actions within all generations. Social determinants should no longer determine life
expectancy or health literacy. I propose a grassroots call to action to innervate a community to
change. Repeated trials and unsuccessful attempts expecting a different outcome defines
insanity; this is no longer the acceptable option.
My healthcare vision and goals call for an effective strategy to preserve and sustain a culture of
wellness. Validation of reform should reflect the positive change, improved quality of health
and significant cost reduction of medical expenditures for chronic illness. Public assets (public
funds or tax dollars), must have an integrated health strategy to eradicate the opposition
rejecting high quality of life. (Tobacco consumption, excessive alcohol abuse, and growing
obesity epidemic)
I propose a resolution of accountability that all entities being publicly supported to create a new
standard of health. Leadership begins at the top; our elected trusted officials should lead by
example and promote the lifestyle that would legitimately change the illustration of a degraded
failing culture of health we see today. A “DUI” or “DWI” negatively impacts the life of others;
considerable attention should be giving to public smoking due to the carcinogenic effects of
tobacco as well as food product consumption and selections. (See Morbidity and Mortality rates via
CDC)
Our generational disparities estimate 274 billion dollars spent by 2030 solely on hypertension
management. If the SPRINT study can demonstrate an effective change in getting patients to
maintain the ideal systolic and diastolic function, it is apparent and obvious we should
implement the same dynamics of the study in same environments within control population, and
sensible medication adherence policy. How much is spent on chronic diseases? My vision stands
on the platform to provide equality of health education/health literacy, environment, economy
and other resources to eliminate the failed attempts that have negatively impacted community
success.
I value myself. I seek answers. I value your life!
