Excavated material without VDS

Several Wacker Neuson excavator models offer a continuous revolving superstructure to help you master slopes in comfort. VDS technology allows you to reduce the amount of material excavated and the time required to do so by up to 25%. To compensate for slopes up to 27%, the operator can simply tilt the cab and boom of the excavator by up to 15° with a push of a button.

The benefits of VDS:• Up to 25% material and time savings when excavating

and backfilling on a 15° grade • Improved operator safety with up to 20% increase in stability* • A normal, upright sitting position, no matter what the angle,

for fatigue-free work

Easy maintenance accessGlobal monitoring systemWacker Neuson telematics technology puts the efficiency metrics of your equipment right at your fingertips. Providing an overview of usage, operating time and machine condition, telematics ensures that your fleet is being properly maintained. In addition, our global monitoring system uses Geofence technology that allows you to determine the working area for the machine. If the excavator falls outside of these parameters, an alert is posted immediately via text or email.

Advantages:• Reduction of maintenance costs • Theft protection • Insurance contribution savings (depends on country

and insurance provider) • Easy management from desktop or mobile device • Increased resale value• Longer machine service life

Easily track your excavator’s location and maintenance metrics in real time with telematics.

The high level of productivity achieved with Wacker Neuson excavators is not the only benefit of their durable construction and reliable technology. Downtime is also reduced through the efficient design and convenient location of service points. Professional maintenance can be easily completed by our dealers’ technicians using genuine Wacker Neuson spare parts, further extending the life of your machines.

Wacker Neuson excavators are equipped with the WANDA diagnostic tool, for fast troubleshooting.

Compatibility with special attachments, such as the Rototilt® expand your project opportunities.

Attachment versatility Hydraulic quick coupler

Wacker Neuson excavators are very well-rounded machines on a job site, thanks to optional auxiliary control circuits that accept a variety of attachments. Using everything from a swivel bucket, hydraulic hammer or grapple to a mulcher or auger, you can do a lot more with one machine. Application versatility improves machine utilization and your return on investment, while enabling your business to go beyond the expected.

When you’re ready to move from one task to another and switch out your attachment, the Wacker Neuson hydraulic quick coupler system can make it happen in less than 30 seconds from inside the cab. Best of all, the new attachment is operational immediately, maintaining productivity and efficiency. Perfectly adapted to the machine kinematics, the hydraulic quick coupler has the functional and durability standards to ensure rated performance and breakout force.

The hydraulic quick coupler can be easily activated with the push of a button without leaving the cab.

Telescopic undercarriage reduces track width for access to narrow areas. Available on 803, 803

Climate controlled cabs ensure operator comfort in all conditions.

The load sensing hydraulic system (LUDV) ensures consistent flow, regardless of RPM or load changes.

Both hydraulic and mechanical couplers are available.

Long service life

High-quality results on the job site require equipment made with high-quality materials and a commitment to best-in-class manufacturing. Wacker Neuson delivers with a solid steel machine structure that is powder coated to provide protection from the rigors of daily use and corrosion. Large bolt diameters work in combination with steel bushings for long service life.

Windshield innovation

No matter what the weather, Wacker Neuson excavators are ready to get the job done. The two-piece sliding front windshield on many cab models allows for water, dust and wind protection when closed, as well as optimal ventilation and easy communication with the operator in the open position. If desired, both windows can be pushed up and secured below the cab roof, eliminating the need for removal and storage prior to operation.

The lower window can slide behind the upper window, if necessary.

The upper front window can be pushed under the cab roof, while the lower window is used as splash protection.

During heavy excavation work or in difficult terrain, sure footing and stable operation is critical to achieving the highest productivity. In addition to the standard dozer blade, the EW65 and EW1000 incorporate an oscillating front axle. Combine this with optional front stabilizers and you have all the support you’ll need to operate with greater efficiency and safety.

Oscillating front axle ensures stability, even in variable terrain.

Load sensing hydraulic system (LUDV) provides reliable and precise management of load.
