Partner Intelligence (PPI) is a next-generation reporting tool you can

use to view the current status of your trade-in return materials

authorization (RMA).

• PPI is a part of the Partner Program Portal (PPP)

• PPP also contains other tools such as Partner Program Enrollment (PPE) which you used to enroll in the TMP program

• You may already use PPI for other incentive programs – now you can find the same information for TMP

• Track past and present TMP utilization

• Review status of your trade-in RMA allowing you to see what items are listed as:

Open – trade-in items not yet returned

Closed – all trade-in products received by Cisco

• Follow-up with customers and hold them accountable for returning trade-in equipment

• Filters can be adjusted to focus report data

Report Trade-in RMA data by fiscal quarter or fiscal year

• Ability to download trade-in RMA data in Excel

• Downloaded data can be sorted based on preference for use in analytics

• Access Partner Program Intelligence (PPI) at www.cisco.com/go/ppi and log in

using your Cisco CCO username and password

• Click the TMP Reports tab

• You will only see data specific to you as a Cisco partner

• This reporting applies only to your trade-in RMA returns under the Technology Migration Program (TMP)
