Mounting• The 8004492 K80 Ball Coupling can be welded directly into the drawbar or a bracket on the drawbar of the Trailer.• The welding of the K80 Ball Coupling should be in accordance with the recommendations for this type of Drawbar Coupling. • The weld should be as shown in the installation sketch below in order to achieve load values shown in the technical data tables.• Before welding, the shaft of the coupling should be preheated to 250°C to avoid notching effect in the Weld.• The weld should conform to DIN EN 25817 Standard.
