TECHNICAL FEATURES*
TrailReady products are engineered to be used and abused. A perfect match of form and function – great looks and brute strength.
• Construction Truck bumpers are constructed from 1/4” steel in the winch-mount center section and 3/16” outer wings. The bumper is fully welded – inside and out – and engineered with internal box-type structure.
• Frame Mounting Chassis mount sub frames are 1/4”steel minimum directly attaching to vehicle frame. Mounting is fullyadjustable up, down, and side to side for a perfect fit every time.
• Winch Capacity TrailReady bumpers are engineered fora giant 16,500 pound pulling force. Frame Mounts are braced forextremely demanding off-camber side pulls. Most 4½”x 10” boltpattern winches to 16,500lbs can be installed.
• Shackle Mounts Positioned in-line with the pulling momentof bumper for maximum functionality. Designed for 1” shaft shackles
• Weight Optimized strength to weight at 170 lbs for base bumpers.
• Winch Access Functional access to controls and cablethrough 4” x 20” opening on top of bumper
• Powdercoat The best double coat. Full sandblast, acid etch,primer coat, and top coat. Mini-tex black is standard - semi-flat lightlytextured finish.
• Light Ports Quad ports with universal fitment for nearly anypost mount 6” and 4” lights – Fog, Driving, Spot, HID, LED, Halogen.Rectangular ports are available as an option.
• Cooling Inlets Large airflow to the radiators essential fordiesel performance
• Styling Aggressive compact shape. As small as possiblewhile maintaining fully enclosed winch capacity. Soft, rolled edgescompliment OEM styling.
