Inspiration for many of the modern strength sports and bodybuilding - Powerlifting and Weightlifting were born.

Superior movement competencies with the increasing influence of bodybuilding as the years went on.

Pumping Iron - 1970’s to Today
Bodybuilding - the inspiration for every 13 to 15 year old that wanted to play football and look like Schwarzenegger.
The environment for evolution of hypertrophic methods and exposure to periodization many young coaches.
An artform still to this day.
