Constellis offers a broad spectrum of training and education services to military, law enforcement, and security customers across the globe. With an annual throughput of over 20,000 students, Constellis’ training center - ACADEMI - provides over 100 courses of instruction annually. The facility has a dedicated curriculum division and over 500 course curriculums available that can be tailored specifically to meet client needs. From counter-terrorism and force protection training to capacity building and canine detection, we create innovative, technology-driven instructional design systems and curriculums based on the latest theories and trends in each client’s area of expertise.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

Constellis offers customer-specific exercise planning and support services to U.S. and partner nation forces. We support all aspects of exercise scenarios from logistics support to instructors and role-players, to oversight mechanisms and post-action reporting. Our cross-sector partnerships and expertise in multiagency coordination, ensures that our training is relevant and impactful—enhancing our clients’ military leadership and management capabilities through instruction, training scenarios and joint exercise operations.

We design learning experiences to support simulation-based and virtual training applications that reinforce and test capabilities within a real-world scenario, replicating an operational environment and task. This training stimulates critical thinking, elicits visceral responses, and fully immerses the trainees into a realistic, engaging scenario. Our clients learn the vital skills needed to make smart decisions in complex situations. We offer a rangeof facilities that accommodate scenario-based training, including ballistic houses, urban operation scenario facilities, ship-boarding simulators, explosive ranges, driving tracks, M4 Firearm Training Simulator (FATS), vehicle simulators and more.

SIMULATION & SCENARIO BASED TRAINING

Constellis brings together a wide range of training expertise, a flagship private training center and a comprehensive curriculum to deliver a full suite of leading-edge training technologies and solutions.

We own and operate the largest private training center in the United States. ACADEMI, based in North Carolina, is a 4,000-acre, state-of-the-art training facility hosting more than 20,000 students each year. ACADEMI delivers high volume, concurrent training and educational capabilities and is able to train 1,500 students at a time, 24 hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. Our instructors come from military and law enforcement backgrounds including U.S. Army Special Forces, U.S. Navy SEALs, U.S. Army Rangers, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force Special Operators, U.S. Coast Guard, and SWAT teams.

We also offer satellite training facilities in San Diego, CA; Salem, CT; and at customer sites. All facilities provide an industry-leading variety of ranges and classroom spaces, while ACADEMI also includes onsite lodging, food services and recreation facilities for students.
