Cameroon by creating a website to sell and rent movies.
2 Week Iterations ( 10 day Work Periods)
4 people per team = 40 days of work each Iteration.
•A sponsor will provide free movies in return for web ads.
•After 4 Iterations, we will open our website to the public.
•Get in teams of 4 people per team and arrange these
items in the order in which you think they should be done.
•You have 7 minutes to work.

Modified Fibonacci
• Estimate by degree of difficulty
• Planning Poker
(1+2=3, 2+3=5, 3+5=8, etc.)
• Check with outliers if most say 5 and 8,
check with 2 and 40
• Then vote again. If you get down
to 5 and 8, the story is an 8.
