Training Solutions The KIM Training services department was set up to address the growing need for continuous management and leadership development due to the rapid changes In local trends as businesses and institutions change, grow and expand.
We recognize that;To practice effective leadership, governance and management for development of organizations in both public, private and civil society institutions for proper and continuous training and development, is not an option but a mandatory requirement.

KIM CELEBRATES 65 YEARSThe Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) started in 1954 and it is an honor to celebrate our 65 years anniversary, the Blue Sapphire Anniversary.
KIM started as a membership organization for farmers in Kericho before independence as they sought to empower themselves and benefit from collaboration. It then morphed into a capacity building institution and started training individuals and corporates in the 1970’s. Since then, we

KIM has 19 branches located in major towns across the country and these play an integral part as KIM School of Management centers. We offer Certificate and Diploma programs in management and leadership, KASNEB and IHRM courses as well as other capacity building programs. KIM’s curricular has received Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Authority and Curriculum Development and Certification Council (CDACC) approval, a move aimed at improving quality and relevance of our training programmes.
