January 2014 NCDPS - Office of Staff Development & Training 1 TRAINING GRADUATES Peak Performance Class 1 CY2014 Twenty-one staff have successfully completed Enhancing Skills for Peak Performance, a mid-level manager supervisory program. The weeklong course provides supervisors with a solid foundation for achieving proficiency in dealing with people. Peak Performance is an adult-learning course requiring workgroup dynamics, participant interaction and individualized reading/writing assignments.
