Overview:
The major functions of this Cell are organizing specialized training both in domain as well as
soft skill area for corporate grooming of the students and to provide assistance for suitable
placement in different corporates / industries.

Placement :
Training & Placement Cell organizes recruitment of the students through on-campus, off-
campus and pool-campus interviews by major recruiters.
Placement Process:
Generally the recruiters follow the following selection process for recruitment:
1. Power point presentation by the recruiter about the company.
2. Aptitude Test (mostly on-line)
3. Group Discussion
4. Technical Interview
5. HR Interview
However, the selection process differs according to the nature of industry.
