Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to you to complain about the flight to Florida that I had with your airline on June 12th. First, we were waiting for about 4 hours to board the plane. Your staff told us gate 3B but it was 6B and nobody was there to guide us.Second, the flight attendant was quiet rude with the passengers. I asked for a blanket because it was too cold and her reply was simply Sorry, but I am very busy at the moment and I waited for 30 minutes to get the blanket.Finally, the movie that we saw was an old-fashioned one that was on TV two years ago and it was about a plane crash, we were all terrified.Due to all these inconveniences and the losses that I had in my business because of the late arrival to Florida I ask your company for a refund.Yours faithfullyWilson Gallo Senz
