Transfer modellingHans Mattsson, Riga October 2004
Modelling1. Core Cadastral Domain Model = static (Lemmon, COST etc.)2. Activity diagrams = dynamic (Sumrada, COST etc.) 3. “Mushroom model” = dynamic (Zevenbergen)
Current situation1. Static models do not show in what way rights are changed2. Activity diagrams do not show in what way rights are changed3. “Mushroom model” can be a starting point for modelling?
Second draft of the Core Cadastral Domain Model

HM hypotheses for “mushroom” modelling:
1. Dynamic transfer modelling must include rights2. Subjects, rights and objects must often be considered together3. Rights are more difficult to model than subjects and objects4. People modelling rights must be good in modelling and law5. Models shall be general and not covering everything6. The goal is to understand, not to show everything
