The Ashbury Diploma

The following requirements enhance the OSSD

and support our mission:

• 1 additional credit in Art or Music or Drama

• 1 additional credit in French or in an international language

• 1 additional credit in Physical Education

• 1 required credit with a global studies perspective at the grade 11/12 level

• All English courses must be taken at Ashbury College

• 9 terms of co-curricular involvement (at least one co-curricular activity is

different from the others)

• 60 hours of community service

• No more than 3 senior credits from another institution.

• IB Diploma students graduate with the Ashbury Diploma

The Ashbury Bilingual DiplomaThe following requirements will earn a student an Ashbury Bilingual Diploma:

• Completion of the Ashbury Diploma• 4 credits in Extended or Immersion French• 4 additional credits where the language of instruction is in French

Go to the Student Portal and click on the NetClassroomLink

Click on Register for classes

Click on Edit Requests to make course selections

Make your selections using the subject menus and click “Submit” at the bottom of the screen

To add an additional request click on the binoculars to search for the course ID. Click on the course and enter the course. To add more than one course click on “New” to add another.Click “Submit” when done.

For all additional electives enter them under additional requests. To delete a request click on the gray square beside the course and select the “delete” button. To delete a course in the drop down menu scroll to the top blank space and select the blank space.

A summary of your selections will appear. To make a change click on “Edit Requests”
