Dear Mr. Dela Cruz:

Greetings!

 This has reference to administrative case filed before the PCSD Adjudication

Board entitled“ Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff 

(PCSDS) rep. by Dir. Josephine S. Matulac vs Eva Rivero” docketed as

 Admin Case No. 588 for Violation of PCSD Admin Order No. 06, as amended.

 We would like to inform your office that during the hearing of the above-

entitled case and upon deliberation by the Board of the records and evidence

submitted by the parties, it was found out that respondent Eva Rivero

constructed and operated a swimming pool along the National Highway, Bgy.Bacungan, Puerto Princesa City without the required SEP Clearance.

Moreover, it was found out that the pool was constructed within timberland

and restricted zone. The respondent likewise failed to show any tenurial

instrument supporting her possession or ownership over the said area.

In line with this, we are transmitting herewith to your good office the case

folder together with the pertinent documents relative to the above-entitled

case for appropriate action.
