Integrated SensorThe SkyRidge with Integrated Sensor technology provides automatic energy savings without sacrificing performance. Traditionally, these types of energy savings required coordination between the luminaire and a lighting control system. The SkyRidge delivers superior lighting with integrated occupancy and daylighting controls. Capture the benefits of traditional lighting controls, without complicated coverage planning or special wiring. Ideal for new construction or retrofit, the SkyRidge delivers automatic ON to an energy saving light level, while ensuring lighting is turned OFF when the space is unoccupied.The integral daylight sensor reduces the need for special daylight zone planning. Each luminaire will automatically adjust the light level based on reflected light beneath the sensor in a closed loop method.Occupied daylight light levels and unoccupied light levels can be adjusted using the integrated sensor programming remote (Catalog Number: ISHH-01). The integrated sensor personal remote (Catalog Number: ISHH-02) provides code compliant manual raise, lower, ON, OFF control. The SkyRidge with Integrated Sensor is easy to install with no special wiring and ensures energy savings out-of-the-box with default control settings.

How it works: • As the user enters the space controlled by the integral sensor, the lighting turns

ON to the default daylight level.• Lighting will remain at that the daylight level until the space is unoccupied. This

will start the occupancy timeout period (default 20 minutes).• If the space remains unoccupied for half of the timeout period, the lighting will

automatically reduce to the Energy Saver light level. This adjustable light level is typically half of the occupied daylight level.

• At the end of the timeout period the lighting will go to the unoccupied light level. This adjustable light level uses the OFF default setting.

SPECIFICATION FEATURES

ConstructionThe field install universal surface mount kits feature snap-together frame design constructed of die-formed 20 gauge cold rolled steel. Both 2’ x 2’ and 2’ x 4’ kits are offered in two depths, a Shallow (4-15/16”) and Tall (5-1/16”) to accommodate an array of fixture types and options. The 1’ x 4’ and 1’ x 2’ are only offered in a Tall (5-1/16”) version. Composite end caps provide simple snap on attachment to housing for convenience. For additional safety #10 screws can be used if necessary at pre-tap locations. Four access plate knockouts provide flexible

installation and supply connection. A set of four mounting points are provided for surface mounting, for pendant mount six mounting points are provided for either two or four point suspension. Eaton SCA (1/2” O.D.) suspension sets (#SCA-48-B) are recommended for stem mounting.

FinishDurable cold rolled steel housing is finished in high reflectance white using electrostatically applied polyester powder coat paint to ensure maximum rust inhibition. End caps provide matching matte white finish.

ComplianceField install universal surface mount kits are UL recognized accessories.

MountingBoth versions are designed to provide a means for surface or pendant mounting.

Ideal for retrofits, remodel projects, or where a recessed fixture is preferred but plenum space is not available. Construction• Channel is die formed cold rolled steel with

numerous KOs for ease of installation and is available in standard and continuous row options

• Channel/wireway cover securely holds to the housing with sheet metal screws. Exterior end plate is used as a continuous row aligner

• Decorative white injection molded end and mid-caps are provided to house the integrated controls. Wireway channel includes a groove for use the standard hanging accessories from the SN strips family.

Controls• The SRL is Powered by Fifth Light, with a standard

10% “CD” or optional 1% “HCD” 0-10V continuous dimming driver that works with many types of controls, like dimmers, occupancy sensors, daylighting controls or lighting relay panels to maximize energy savings.

• For individual control and out-of-the-box energy savings, the SRL is equipped with factory-installed and preprogrammed integrated sensor system “SVPD2 or SPVD3” for occupancy, daylight dimming and manual control from within the footprint of the fixture. Expand into fully-addressable systems by specifying the Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) 10% “5LTD”. Integrated SensorThe SRL with Integrated Sensor technology provides automatic energy savings without sacrificing performance. Traditionally, these types of energy savings required coordination between the luminaire and a lighting control system. The SRL delivers superior lighting with integrated occupancy and daylighting controls. Capture the benefits of traditional lighting controls, without complicated coverage planning or special wiring. Ideal for new construction or retrofit, the SRL delivers automatic ON to an energy saving light level, while ensuring lighting is turned OFF when the space is unoccupied. The integral daylight sensor reduces the need for special daylight zone planning. Each luminaire will automatically adjust the light level based on reflected light beneath the sensor in a closed loop method. Occupied daylight light levels and unoccupied light levels can be adjusted using the integrated sensor programming remote (Catalog Number: ISHH-01). The integrated sensor personal remote (Catalog Number: ISHH-02) provides code compliant manual raise, lower, ON, OFF control. The SRL with Integrated Sensor is easy to install with no special wiring and ensures energy savings out-of-the-box with default control settings.

How it works: • As the user enters the space controlled by the integral sensor, the lighting turns ON to the default daylight level.• Lighting will remain at that the daylight level until the space is unoccupied. This will start the occupancy timeout

period (default 20 minutes).• If the space remains unoccupied for half of the timeout period, the lighting will automatically reduce to the Energy

Saver light level. This adjustable light level is typically half of the occupied daylight level.• At the end of the timeout period the lighting will go to the unoccupied light level. This adjustable light level reduces to

OverviewThe Wireless Area Controller (WAC) is the main component of the WaveLinx Wireless Controlled Lighting (WCL) system. WaveLinx eliminates the cost and complexity of typical wireless control system commissioning while providing a flexible and reconfigurable topology for on the fly space adjustments. The WaveLinx system meets modern code and utility requirements, delivers energy and cost savings, while enabling buildings to become smart buildings. The WAC coordinates between the WaveLinx smart and connected Mobile App and various WaveLinx devices to create communications and a building ecosystem that provides out of the box functionality and leverages Eaton’s patent pending automatic code commissioning features. Using standard-based wireless mesh compliant topology the WAC communicates to various WaveLinx standard-based devices to provide area, lighting zone configuration, monitoring, and control. The WAC provides centralized coordination of multiple areas for partial ON/partial OFF scheduling, demand response, lighting, occupancy and daylight settings and scene control. A single WAC can be connected to the building Local Area Network (LAN) to coordinate 15 user-defined and one construction area, or multiple WAC’s can exist on a building LAN to scale the system to hundreds of areas all accessible for setup, configuration and control through the WaveLinx Mobile App.

Scene Wallstation



OverviewThe wallstation is an integral part of the WaveLinx Connected Lighting System and is available in several small and large button configurations as well as various colors. These wallstations are mains powered and provide wireless control of the lighting in each area. The wallstations operate on a mesh wireless network based on IEEE 802.15.4 standards.The wallstation mounts in a standard wallbox and includes a decorator style color matching wallplate. Each wallstation is fully configurable to provide local and multi-level control in each area. Each button is configured to control a lighting scene for an area and can be modified using the WaveLinx Mobile Application. The wallstation is a multi-scene, single area dimming wallstation which provides customized light level for each area. Some wallstation models provide default sequence of operations including 50% light level, scene light levels between 30-70% as well as 100% and full off. Many wallstation configurations also include scene raise/lower buttons to further adjust the light levels.

Sample System Topology This diagram shows the main components of the WaveLinx Wireless Connected Lighting (WCL) system. The WaveLinx system communicates using wireless mesh technology based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. A PoE LAN connection for each Wireless Area Controller (WAC) is required for power and data access to the building wireless network. The Trellix Core Enterprise and Wireless Area Controllers communicate with each other over the Ethernet network.
