These stains are backed by a manufacturers warranty of 2 or 3 years depending on the product type. Product warranties apply to new woodstructures or re-coats only and guarantees no excessive fading of the product or mold/mildew growth. Stain & Seal Experts Warranties all workmanship andguarantees all products to be applied properly.
Stain & Seal Experts is a Standard Paints, Inc. Certified Wood Defender Applicator and will take precaution and care to protect all vegetation, pools,concrete, homes, auto, etc. A small amount of stain should be expected on the grass around the perimeter of the fence. Sprinklers should be turned off at least24 hours before stain application can take place and remain off for at least 24 hours after stain application. Final appearance of stain may vary due to elementsout of our control; i.e. type of wood, density of wood grains, previous stains used, previous water damage and damage to wood grain caused by hail, etc.
Acceptance of Proposal
The prices listed above and conditions are satisfactory and are accepted. We ask for a 50% deposit at contract signing and final payment is due upon completionof job. Payments made five days after completion of the job are subject to a 10% charge of balance. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER ACCEPTEDFOR AN ADDITIONAL 3% CHARGE
