VERNICIATURA A POLVERE: trattamento superficia-le esterno che interessa tutti i serbatoi standard.Dopo un’accurata fase di preparazione superficiale con lavaggio chimico o sabbiatura il prodotto viene trasferito in apposite cabine nelle quali le vernici in polvere vengo-no applicate con pistole elettrostatiche o triboelettriche.
Successivamente il prodotto lavorato subisce un processo di cottura in forni di polimerizzazione.
PAINTING: external surface treatment performed on all standard vessels.
After an accurate surface preparation through chemical wash-down or sandblasting, the product is transferred to dedicated booths where powder
paint is sprayed by means of electrostatic or triboelectric spray guns. The processed product is then baked in curing ovens.
HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION: internal and external treatment for carbon steel vessels.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the main method used to protect steel against weather conditions and is performed by dipping vessels in a molten zinc
bath. During this metallurgical process, the surface composition changes into an intercrystalline zinc-steel alloy that forms an extremely resistant,
longlasting anti-corrosion coating. The thickness of the protection depends on material type, dipping time and zinc bath temperature.
ALM PAINTING: this treatment is specific for tank interiors and is performed by applying special protective
paints that ensure high resistance to corrosive agentsover time.
Raw vessels first undergo chemical washing and pickling and are then sprayed with termosetting epoxy resin before completing the process with
the final baking stage in oven. The ALM treatment in certified pursuant to Ministerial Decree dated 21 March 1973 and subsequent amendment
dated 6 April 2004, governing the hygiene of food-grade containers containing substances for personal use.
ZINCATURA A CALDO: trattamento interno ed ester-no del serbatoio.La zincatura a caldo è il trattamento principale per la prote-zione dell’acciaio dagli agenti atmosferici con l’immersione del serbatoio in un bagno di zinco fuso. Durante il processo metallurgico si modifica la composi-
zione superficiale trasformandola in una lega intercristallina tra acciaio e zinco che crea un rivestimento anticorrosivo particolarmente resistente e durevole nel tempo. Lo spessore protettivo varia dal tipo di materiale, dal tempo di immersione e dalla temperatura del bagno di zinco.
VERNICIATURA ALM: questo trattamento è dedicato alla parte interna del serbatoio applicando vernici protettive speciali a garanzia di elevata resistenza nel tempo agli agenti corrosivi.Il serbatoio grezzo viene sottoposto a lavaggio chimico e decapaggio, a cui segue l’applicazione mediante verni-ciatura a spruzzo della resina epossidica termoindurente prima di passare alla cottura finale in forno a completa-
mento del processo. Il trattamento ALM è certificato in accordo al Decreto Ministeriale del 21 marzo del 1973 e successivo aggiornamento 6 aprile 2004, che disciplina l’igiene dei recipienti destinati al contatto con sostan-ze alimentari e sostanze ad uso personale.

FUNZIONALITÀIl corretto funzionamento dell’essiccatore AMD-LH viene monitorato attraverso lo strumento elettronico di controlloDMC15, che in un display digitale visualizza la temperatura del Punto di Rugiada (DewPoint), con un timer ciclico comandaI’elettrovalvola di scarico condensa, con una sonda rileva la temperatura di condensazione ed attiva un ventilatore di raffreddamentodel condensatore.Una valvola di by-pass gas caldo permette di adattare le potenzialità del compressore frigorifero al carico sull’evaporatore evitandocosì la formazione di ghiaccio in qualsiasi condizione operativa.II Modulo di essiccazione ALU-DRY in alluminio ha I’esclusivita di dirigere completamente il flusso dell’aria umida lungo un percorsoverticale discendente, quindi con scarico della condensa naturalmente facilitato.
FUNCTIONALITYOperation of the AMD dryer is monitored by DMC15 electronic controller which indicates the DewPoint temperature digitally, controls the condensate drain valvevia a timer and the condenser fan via a probe.A hot gas by-pass valve allows the dryer to operate at part load and prevent the evaporator from freezing.The ALU-DRY aluminium Module has a vertical f low layout ensuring the wet compressed air f lows down to the automatic drain.

SCARICATORE DI CONDENSATutti i modelli hanno uno scaricatore di condensaelettronico temporizzato. II tempo di scarico ed iltempo di pausa tra un intervento e I’altro sonoregolabili. In alternativa puo essere installato (anchesuccessivamente all’acquisto, con una sempliceoperazione di sostituzione) uno scaricatore elettronicoa livello, in grado di garantire lo scarico completodella condensa senza alcun spreco d’aria compressa.
CONDENSATE DRAINAll models are fitted with a Cimed electronic drain.Discharge and pause times are adjustable. A zero lossdrain is available as an option.
PANNELLO DI CONTROLLOII corretto funzionamento dell’essiccatore viene monitoratoattraverso il termometro digitale del pannello di controllo.Nei modelli ACT 180 - 720 e possibile richiedere lostrumento elettronico DMC20. II DMC20 e standard neimodelli ACT 900 - 1500.
CONTROL PANELOperation of the dryer is monitored by a digital thermometerin the control panel. The DMC20 electronic controller is fittedas standard to models ACT 900 - 1500 and as an option tomodels ACT 180 ñ 720.
VALVOLA DI BY-PASS “GAS CALDO”Di nuova concezione e con precisioni operative nonancora disponibili sul mercato, la valvola di by-pass ”gascaldo” previene la formazione di ghiaccio all’internodell’evaporatore a qualsiasi condizione di carico. Regolatadurante il collaudo finale dell’essiccatore, non necessitadi ulteriori regolazioni. Un unico modello di valvola perciascun refrigerante utilizzato.
“HOT GAS” BY-PASS VALVEThe precise and accurate hot gas by-pass valve, whichprevents the formation of ice inside the evaporator at anyload condition, is a recent development unavailable in thepast. The valve is set during final test and no furtheradjustments are necessary. There is only one model of valvefor each refrigerant used.

Normalmente usato all’uscita dell’essiccatore come pre-filtro per il grado (X). Utilizzato per
prevenire il deterioramento dei tubi in un impianto di aria compressa, trattamenti superficiali, scarico
pompe vuoto, motori ad aria compressa, post-filtro per essiccatori adsorbimento.
