AN EXTRAORDINARY COLLECTION OF VILLA RENTALS FROM TRAVEL IMPRESSIONS

The Villa Experience is operated by Travel Impressions, Ltd. Information is accurate at time of printing and is subject to changes, exceptions,cancellation charges and restrictions. All rentals are subject to room taxes, service charges, refundable security deposit and cancellationcharges. Charges vary per destination & are normally itemized on the confirmation. Reservation revisions are subject to a $100.00 per personreprocessing fee. Cancellation penalties begin as soon as the booking is confirmed. Cancellations made up until 90 days prior to departureare subject to a cancellation fee of 35% of the total rental charge. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of travel are non-refundable.Exceptions to this policy include villa rentals in St Barts, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Vallarta and certain villas in St. John, which are non-refundableat time of deposit. Christmas/New Years bookings are non-refundable at the time of deposit. Villas may not, at anytime be occupied by moreguests than contracted for. Incidental charges such as cribs, extra beds, grocery pre-stocking etc., must be paid before leaving the villa, if notthey may be subject to additional fees that will be deducted from the security deposit. Telephone charges, utilities (where applicable) arededucted from the security deposit. The security deposit may take up to 90 days to be returned. Separate terms and conditions may beimposed to the reservation of vacation homes by villa owners, management companies or villa distributers. Villa purchasers agree to abideby the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by owners with whom they elect to rent from, including, but not limited to, payment of allamounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of fares, products, or services.
