February 11 & 12 ‐ USA to the Holy Land Your journey begins as you depart the USA. Arrive in Tel Aviv andtransfer to Bethlehem for dinner and overnight.

February 13 ‐ Bethlehem, Valley of Elah and Yad VashemIn Bethlehem, visit the cave where Jesus was born (Matthew 1:18‐25) and the Church of the Nativity. Gaze out over the ShepherdsField, where angels first proclaimed the Good News. Journeythrough the Valley of Elah where David defeated Goliath (I Samuel17). Walk the museum and grounds of Yad Vashem, Israel’sHolocaust Memorial, with its poignant exhibits honoring themillions of lives lost during the Holocaust.

February 14 ‐ Jericho, Qumran, Masada, Dead Sea Head to Jericho to visit the ruins of the ancient city Joshuaconquered (Josh. 6:20). Off in the distance, you can see thetraditional site of the Temptation of Jesus (Matt. 4:1). Next stop isQumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947 by aBedouin shepherd. Enjoy a visit to intriguing Masada, thespectacular mountaintop fortress built by Herod that later becamethe final tragic stronghold of the Jewish rebellion against theRomans. Ride the cable car to the top to explore the fortress andlook down upon the remains of the Roman camps and siege rampbelow. On the way back to Jerusalem, stop at the shores of theDead Sea, the lowest spot on earth, for an opportunity to take aquick dip in the mineral‐laden waters.

February 15 ‐ Caesarea, Nazareth and Megiddo Visit the Roman Aqueduct and Theatre at Caesarea, a center of earlyChristianity and where Paul was imprisoned for two years (Acts 10).You'll visit Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home (Matthew 2:23). Walk arecreation of the First Century home town of Jesus in NazarethVillage. Travel the ancient caravan route through the Jezreel Valleyto Tel Megiddo, an exciting archeological dig with its layers oftwenty different cities built on top of each other. Remember yourbaptism at the Yardenit Baptismal site, where the Jordan River exitsthe Sea of Galilee on its journey southward (Matthew 3).

February 16 ‐ The Galilee Walk a portion of the Valley of the Wind and Doves, the path fromNazareth to the Sea that Jesus and the disciples would have walked.Enjoy a scenic drive to Capernaum, center of Jesus’ ministry in theGalilee (Matt. 4:13, 23). On the Mount of Beatitudes, contemplatethe text of the Sermon on the Mount that Jesus preached there(Matt. 5‐7). Experience a special onboard worship service as yousail across the Sea of Galilee. Visit the Church of the Fish and theLoaves in Tabgha, the traditional location of the feeding of the5,000 (Luke 9:10‐17). As you pray in the Chapel of the Primacy,remember how Peter professed his devotion to the risen Christthree times (John 21). This afternoon, travel to Caesarea Philippi,where Peter proclaimed, "You are the Christ" (Matthew 16).

February 17 ‐ Beit Shean, Samaria and Jacob's WellStart the day in Beit Shean, a city continuously inhabited for over5,000 years. This is the city where Saul and his sons' bodies werehung from its walls (1 Sam. 31). The uncovered ruins date back tothe Greek / Roman city that was part of the Decapolis of Jesus' day.Continue past Tel Dothan, thought to be the place where Josephfound his brothers with their flocks (Genesis 37). Visit Samaria, thecapital of the Northern Kingdom and home to Ahab and Jezebel.See Mount Ebal and Mount Gerizim where the Israelites recited theblessings and curses of the Law. In modern day Nablus (ancientShechem), see where the Samaritan woman encountered Christ(John 4) at Jacob's Well.

February 18 ‐ Jerusalem Stand on the Mount of Olives and enjoy a remarkable view of theGolden City of Jerusalem. Forty days after His resurrection, Jesusascended into heaven from this place (Acts 1:9‐12). Walk to theGarden of Gethsemane and pray beneath the ancient olive trees(Matt.26:36‐44). On Mount Zion, visit the Upper Room, revered asthe site of the Last Supper (Mark 14:12) and St. Peter in Gallicantu,the home of the High Priest Caiaphas, where Jesus was held afterHis arrest (Matt. 26:57).

February 19 ‐ Free day in Jerusalem

February 20 ‐ Jerusalem This morning, enjoy a walking tour of the Old City of Jerusalemalong the Cardo, once the main street of the city. Explore theDavidson Center and the Southern Wall Excavations, including theTeaching Steps and the Western Wall. Remember how Jesus healedon the Sabbath when you visit the Pool of Bethesda (John 5: 1). AtHerod’s Antonia Fortress (Luke 23:1), see where Jesus was broughtbefore Pontius Pilate. Walk the Via Dolorosa ("the Way of theCross") and remember the Lord’s sacrificial love at the Church ofthe Holy Sepulchre. Share communion together at the Garden Tombin celebration of His Resurrection.

February 21 ‐ Return home with a new understanding of The Bible.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Price is per person based on double occupancy. CANCELLATION FEES: 100% of Cancellation Fees are covered by the optional Travel Protection Program, provided premium has beenpaid and reason for cancellation is coverable. Those who do not take travel protection should be aware of thefollowing cancellation penalties: From day of registration to 105 days prior to departure, you will be charged the$100 non-refundable administrative fee plus any airline fees. Additionally, thereafter, you will be charged any airlinepenalties and a single room supplement if your cancellation forces your roommate into a single plus the followingcharges: 104-60 days = $400; 59-45 days = $600; 44-31 days = 40% of total cost; 30 days to day of departure =100% of total cost. Submit cancellation in writing. On or after day of departure, there will be no refund for any servicesnot used. FIT TO TRAVEL STATEMENT:Passengers registering for the tour accept the responsibility for being in good health and able to walk andtravel on the tour. Because many of the sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needingoxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance will find the tour limiting to their experiences. Once "printed",airline tickets cannot be changed or refunded thereafter. Air transportation to/from your destination will be economyclass on IATA and ARC carriers utilizing APEX or SUPER APEX non-refundable, non-amendable tickets for groupsof 10 or more flying together on entire itinerary.
