REPORT
Program
We provide opportunity and hope for children to succeed.WHAT WE DO
THE FOLLOWING WERE SERVED IN EACH COUNTY
In 2017, Bigs made great strides building on a strong foundation while implementing its strategic plan. The next five years will be focused on growth to provide service to children desperately in need – there are more than 3,500 – and we must increase our revenue to do so. For the past three years, our local program won the National Quality Award recognizing the hard work of agency leadership and staff in providing high quality programming while maintaining financial stability. We were among only 36 agencies out of 400 in the Nation to recieve this honor. In this annual report, we recognize the work and support of our Bigs (volunteer mentors), Board and Staff, and the generosity of our more than 4,486 supporters. You are improving the lives of children one relationship at a time.

THANK YOUThanks to our generous volunteers, donors and community partners, we are able to provide the life-changing gift of a mentor to at-risk children in our community. There are literally hundreds of children who so desperately need guidance and support to build and reinforce their self-confidence and our mentors provide the encouragement and tools they need to empower them to build their own successful and fulfilling future.
