Finding out the real condition of timber joists in a wall: Micro drilling to gauge strength and moisture reading to consider susceptibility to decay and insect attack

Monitoring temperature, humidity, light and air quality within internal spaces, along with temperature and moisture within and on the building fabric and the weather. Analysing data and working out the influences over the environmental conditions and noting the effects and performance of the building fabric. Data can also be used for modelling future performance with the addition of retrofit measures and other works.
