Welcome Thank you so much for downloading our treatment cost guide. What we can give you in this cost guide is a range of pricing for the most “popular” types of dental treatment. We’re always happy to give you all of the information you require to make an informed decision, once you’ve been to see us. Dentistry over the last twenty years has improved so much. There are so many different techniques, materials and methods now available, that it really makes it exciting for us, to be able to help patients achieve the freshest, brightest, straightest smile you could have! However, for us to be able to give exact costs for treatment without doing a full comprehensive exam is much like booking a plane ticket without knowing where you want to go! So if you were expecting an exact cost for your exact dentistry… oops! You might need to call us to organise an appointment so that we can assess you individually and give you a personalised and specific treatment plan. With regards to “what next” it really depends on how quickly you want to get started. The difference between not knowing what might be possible for you and being very clear about the way forward is an initial consultation which is $72 plus X-Ray’s if required, at $65 each. Most people need two. I need to let you know that Dr Kale is very popular and sometimes getting an appointment with her can be quite a challenge! Even though you want the costs of treatment, Dr Kale’s goal is to not treat you at all, saving you lots of money and allowing her not to have to drill and fill anyone’s teeth. The only way that we can make this happen is through preventive dentistry. If we are able to help you clean between your teeth, your gums and all of the biting surfaces keeping all of the bacteria that causes periodontal disease away, we can go a long way to you never having to see Dr Kale for urgent dentistry again. If you would like to continue eating steak or biting into that nice, juicy apple when your 80, you really need to come and see our Therapist/Hygienist on a regular basis to ensure that your gums and teeth are as healthy as can be and avoid any nasty surprises. Often times people only concentrate on keeping “teeth” healthy and forget to care for their gums! Do you have bad breath…? Would somebody else tell you if you did? Holistic Denistry

By now, you have probably seen many of those smile makeover programs – you know the ones where you sit at home for 30 minutes and they show you a transformation - that’s what a smile assessment is – only much more powerful because we are going to show you how your smile can be transformed. Have a look at a photo of yourself. Do you like what you see? Could you imagine having a smile that is fuller, straighter or brighter? Classical painters and photographers know the secrets by just observing people, so remembering that beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder a beautiful smile has that certain something. Scientists have looked at it also and have developed the “golden proportions”, the things that make a smile look wonderful, happy and bright. Dr Kale can show you exactly what they are. The length of time it takes really depends on how committed you are to getting the best for your smile. You will get a clearer picture once you have had the smile assessment.

Invisalign

Invisalign is a system of braces offering an alternative to regular braces. Invisalign braces are made using nearly invisible, medical-grade thermoplastic and do not have any of the annoying metal and bands as used in traditional braces. The plastic aligners are custom made for each patient by having them undergo a virtual 3D treatment plan (ClinCheck) to measure the alignment movement necessary in the treatment. Once a treatment plan has been agreed on, Invisalign aligners will begin to be supplied. Each aligner should be worn for two weeks and slowly upgraded as the course continues. One of the best things about these aligners is that they are removable, allowing some freedom for brushing teeth, eating and drinking. Individual cases vary but average course time is between 9 and 18 months. Invisalign Teen is an Invisalign course designed specifically for adolescents.

attention, holistic dentists help patients to pick

up on the aspects of dentistry overlooked by

other dentists and provide them with the

healthiest smile imaginable. Holistic dentists

recognise the importance of good nutrition and

a relaxing lifestyle, so go out of their way to

provide the greatest care possible. They also

acknowledge the presence of harmful toxic

materials that most people do not realise is

affecting their oral health. For instance, a large

stance in holistic dentistry is to remove silver

amalgam fillings, as they contain 50% harmful

mercury.
