[email protected] September 2014It is proposed that the music video will be of four minutes duration, filmed at Glenthorne High School, King Georges Field and Traq Go Karting; the video will be edited at our Sutton facility. The video will be ratted U, in which it can be viewed by all audiences. The music video will be aimed at teenagers and young adults. The age range of our audience will be around the ages of 16-36 years old. The music video will show a training montage of a man preparing for a race, which will be shown in the middle section of the video. In which the end of the video will have the man win said race. However this video will keep cutting back and forth between: the montage, the race and two band performances of the song by the videos artist (who will also be acting as the athlete in the rest of the video). Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up:

Suggested locations are:

PDH (A drama room at Glenthorne High School)

18 Dudley Drive Morden Surrey

Traq Go Karting

King Georges FieldThe music video will include the following:a) After the opening shot, there will be a scene of our main actor on a bench in a gym. To which the shot will change to a shot of him on a pull bar, with a shot of his foot going up and down; along with another shot of his top half.b) After the sequence I mentioned, the next important scene would be where the artist starts singing into a microphone, along with a close up of the singers face.c) Another major key point in the video will be the preparation of the race. Where both people running against each other start to get on the track.d) After the preparation, the starting pistol will go off, and the race will begin. e) The main singer will finish the race with him winning as the song builds up to the final lyrics.f) As the lyrics stop, the artist will hold up a trophy in celebration of his victory. These scenes are connected in different ways. Firstly the gym sequence is ,meant to be a montage leading up to the race scene. The two performances connect by reflecting on the theme of victory and aiming towards a goal, as stated in the lyrics. Structure The music video will be in colour and in PAL 16:9 1080p. The music video will start with an establishing shot of the first performance space at Glenthorne High School. The next shot will cut a shot of our singer walk down some steps. Then the shot will cut to the same person in a gym doing various different exercises such as: bar pull-ups, lifting weights and working on exercise machines. This will cut back and forth between these two locations, and a third artist performance in a field (this will be down at Traq Go Karting). These three locations and actions will cut with each other until the two-minute mark in the track. In which two actors will prepare for the race scene, the race will start at the sound of a starting pistol. Then the race, the performance in the studio and the performance in the field will cut back and forward between each other. This will happen until the track reaches the end. In which the artist acting in the track, will win the race. When the artist finishes the lyrics with a high note. The video will end with the artist raising a trophy in the scene at the track (where the race was happening) to which the video will end with the artist in the studio kicking down the microphone stand he will be using in the studio scenes.Budget
