Focus of 12 hour hands on NCBTMB approved CEU class will be to identify trigger and stress points, learning how to use techniques and apply to your practice or volunteer work.

Goal of seminar is to have a better understanding of pain management and how to treat it . Class setting: locally in your area or at Playa (beach) Flamingo Guanacaste Costa RicaUse of diagrams and charts along with partner practice times. 12 hour breakdown will be primarily prone face down, 6 hour per day with 2 breaks and lunch built in. 24 hour retreats over a four day period would be 4 hours in the morning, 2 breaks , and 2 hours at night including prone, supine, and ethics for those needing those ethics hours. Materials needed: table, set of sheets, blanket, pen and note pad. Final evaluation will be hands on with trigger point and muscle location. Ethics exam will be a fun group interaction scenario.Costs 12 hours $185, 24 hours $370. Ethics in retreat free. This is a tax deductible education trip.Nov. 2017, Feb. 2018 and August 2018. Retreat includes hotel 4 nights 5 days , 2 meals per day, transportation to beaches and sightseeing, complimentary snacks, coffee. $1050 plus airfare, Delta nonstop to Liberia, CR. -Help identify at risk children and teens -Work with and support programs fighting sex slavery-Help raise awareness of sex trafficking problems -Raise money and recruit volunteers for missions

Volunteer for a week or two week mission trip to Playa Flamingo, CRDetails include: stay at local hotel, breakfast and dinner, airport shuttle transportation, half day or evenings mission field work to be assigned with local transportation and guidance from local churches; somewhat fluent in Spanish and no severe health issues a plus.
