Trip of the Month Club

Winners have 3 prize options:

- Take the trip as described & receive $500 spending money.

- Use a CWT / Harvey’s Travel Voucher to take an alternate trip

& receive $500 spending money.

- Take cash equal to 85% of that trip’s Travel Voucher.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION1. Only 950 membership tickets printed.

2. Draws will take place each month at the regular meeting of the RotaryClub of St. John’s Northwest, usually the first Tuesday of each month atthe Holiday Inn, Portugal Cove Rd., St. John’s.

3. In addition to the monthly trip, five monthly cash prizes in the amount of$150 each will be awarded. Total of 6 monthly prizes.

4. All winners will be notified after each draw and the Trip of the Monthwinner each month may:

a) Take the trip as described and receive $500 spending money.

OR b) Use a CWT / Harvey’s Travel Voucher to take an alternate tripand receive $500 spending money.

OR c) Take cash equal to 85% of that trip’s Travel Voucher.

5. After each monthly draw, all winning tickets will be placed back in thedrum and will be eligible to win in the remaining draws.

6. A complete list of winning numbers and names will be posted on theclub’s website at www.northwestrotary.org

7. All winning vacations or alternate travel plans will be arranged by CWT / Harvey’sTravel and may be subject to certain restrictions, booking requirements and avail-ability. Trips must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure.

8. Pricing changes, market conditions and / or alternate travel dates mayalso alter the price of a particular vacation. Should a specific vacation beunavailable at the stated fare for travel dates selected by the winner, thewinner may choose to cover the additional costs or select a CWT /Harvey’s Travel Gift Certificate for the value of the prize as stated here-in.

9. Personal choice items such as Travel Insurance are not included witheach trip although CWT / Harvey’s Travel strongly recommends the pur-chase of Travel Insurance.
