Please remember that weekly cuttings are mandatory this time of
year. If you are contracting with a landscaper, please make sure
they are aware of our rules. It is the homeowners’ responsibility to
maintain their property, i.e., cuttings, weeding, removing dead tree
limbs, etc. If you do not cut your lawn yourself or have a land-
scaper cut for you, we can provide that service, and the homeowner
will be charged $50 for each cut.
For the upcoming season, please remember to complete an activity
form so we can schedule the time on the calendar. Check with the
Business Office if you are unsure of a time or location.
We are hosting flu shots on October 7th from 9-11am. Please bring
your insurance information with you.
Please continue to list your account numbers on your monthly
checks and money orders. It makes it much easier for the Business
Office to properly credit your account.
All pet owners are required to provide proof of rabies vaccination
each year from your vet. You are also required to have a license
for each animal in your household.
AARP will be providing a free tax preparation service for residents
of Tropical Haven starting next year. They are looking for volun-
teers. Free training is provided. Please call 877-434-7598 or email
[email protected] for more information.
We are scheduling “Coffee with a Cop” in September. Melbourne
Police Department will here on September 30th at 10am to discuss
safety issues in your community. We will hold this meeting in the
Auditorium. Refreshments will be provided.
