#1 Why the machine can not cut through the materials?

1. Confirm if the laser head connection cable is plugged in place, you can reinsert the laser head

and the motherboard plug again.

2. Confirm if you have refocused after changing materials, if not, please refer to the following link

3. Make sure the platform is flat, the material surface flat, If the material &platform is not flat,

please place the device on the flat table and change other materials that the surface is flat.

4. Gradually increase the number of passes, or appropriately reduce the cutting speed

#2 Why the USB connection is not successful

1. Whether the computer is installed CH340 driver, if not installed USB driver，

2. Change another computer then try to connect again, it still can not help, do next step

3. Replace the USB cable then try again, If still can not solve it, go next step.

4. Replace the motherboard

#3 Why the WIFI connection is not successful

1. Ensure that when connected, close all wall software

2. Whether the WIFI name and password contain Chinese, Japanese and other languages; and

other special symbols; it is recommended to use only English names and numbers.

3. Whether the network is similar to the mall needs to be verified, so that it will not be connected

4. Currently does not support 5GHZ signal, only supports 2.4GHZ signal

5. Check whether the WIFI antenna is inserted in place, whether it falls off if there is reinsert the

antenna

6. Check whether the WiFi antenna is damaged, such as the damaged need to replace the WIFI

antenna

#4 Why the machine can not be powered on?

1. Confirm whether the adapter socket has power

2. Whether the adapter is the official adapter, if not then use the official adapter

3. Use a multimeter to measure the input voltage of the mainboard. if there is 12V input voltage

but the machine will not power on,then need to replace the mainboard

#5 How often should the machine be maintained?

The slide bar is made of stainless steel, apply lubricant to the slide bar regularly to prevent rusting

#6 There is a noise when the machine is working.

1. Check whether the table is level, the machine will be placed on the flat table if can not be

solved continue the next step

2. Check whether the machine screws are too tight or too loose, adjust to the appropriate

tightness, it can not be solved continue the next step

3. Check whether there is a foreign body on the slide bar, remove clean, it can not be solved

continue the next step

4. Check whether there is a gap in the contact surface

#7 X-axis / Y-axis can not move, and there is a jittering sound

1. Check whether the two ends of the motor line is inserted into place, reinsert it, if not solved go

to the next step

2. Check if the wire epidermal damaged, motor and motherboard interface whether there is pin

bending, if can not be resolved for the next step

3. Unplug the wire with a multimeter to measure the conductivity of the motherboard drive

voltage output

4. If the cable is not conductive, please replace the cable, the motherboard port no voltage

output replace the motherboard

#8 Cooling fan does not work.

1. Reinsert the cooling fan cable

2. Check whether the laser head and the motherboard connection cable is inserted into place,

shut down and reinsert it and then turn on the computer to try, it can not be solved for the next

step

3. If the laser head can move normally engraving, the fan still does not work, is the fan is bad

need to replace a new one

#9 Cooling fan makes noise when the machine is turned on.

1. Check whether there is a foreign body inside the fan, remove clean, such as can not be solved

for the next step

2. After shutdown and reinserting the fan plug, it can not be solved for the next step

3. Replace the fan

#10 Device can not read the TF card

1. Confirm whether the TF card is inserted backward

2. Check whether the TF card gold finger rust, use alcohol to clean it

3. Check whether the motherboard TF card slot is damaged

4. Replace the TF card

5. Replace the motherboard

#11 How the machine works offline?

Background: WIFI connection state, the work task is sent to the TF card, the TF to the

motherboard to send data to start working.

If offline mode, please click the machine start button to start no response, please confirm

whether the last work using the WIFI connection.

After the machine is turned on, make sure the TF card is correctly inserted into the card slot and

press the start button.

#12 How to ensure that the graphics in the material engraving/cutting stay

within the material?

Since the starting point of D1 work starts from the current laser head's IR cursor position by

default, in connection mode, after each click, it is necessary to send

If it is exceeded, you need to move the material position to cover the laser head's trajectory, click

the boundary again and observe until the laser head's trajectory is completely within the material

surface area, then click the start button.

#13 How to deal with smoke when cutting/engraving?

First twist the tensioner fixing screw loose (Figure 1), then adjust the belt tensioning screw (Figure

2)

The clockwise direction is to adjust the tightness, the counterclockwise direction is to adjust the

looseness

Both sides of the belt elasticity need to be consistent, the elasticity is adjusted after the tensioner

set screw twisting can be tightened.

#16 The machine has no limit switch, the laser beam will continue to move

even when it hits around the machine.

Before cutting, you need to click on the go boundary to make sure that the processed drawing

does not exceed the machine's processing area

#17 What is the function of the buttons on the main board of the machine?

The button on the left is the restart switch, when pressed the machine will restart

The button on the right is the switch to upgrade the firmware, you need to toggle the button to

the right to update the firmware successfully.

#18 Whether the laser will hurt eyes without wearing the glasses?

You do not need to wear glasses, the laser head is equipped with a protective shield, direct

viewing will not damage the eyes

#19 What is the use of infrared laser head?

The initial position of the infrared ray is the initial position of the laser processing, not directly

below the laser spot. After the processing task starts, the laser head will travel some distance to

make the spot start from the infrared position.

#20 Why does the Apple computer download or install Laserbox software

will prompt malware blocking?

1. Click OK on the security message window that appears.

2. Choose System Preferences> Security & Privacy.

3. Click to unlock the Security & Privacy preferences.

4. Enter the user password and click Unlock.

5. Click Open Anyway.

6. Click Open.

7. Keep clicking Continue.

8. Click Install.

9. Enter the user name and password, and click Install Software.

10. Wait till the installation is complete and click Close.
