Deck Length: 11m out to 15.2m Rear Overhang: 2.8m Forward Length (Bottom): 11m out to 15.2m Deck Length (Top): 3.2m Top Deck Wings: Special demountable design. Built so a forklift (or Bobcat)

can demount from the side. Deck Height: 700mm (Travel height) less 80-90mm when loading with

wheels through deck. Width: 2.49m Tare Weight: 11,000kg approx. ATM Rating: 40 tonne. (Note max 20 tonne over 3.6m of bed length) Decking: 5mm Grade 80 Hi Tensile Steel Deck (lower) with cut outs

for Tyres. Top deck 3mm. (Suitable for Bobcat) Coaming Rail: Profiled Flat bar on both top & bottom decks. Trombone: Fabricated I Beams complete with decked in sections, to

the rear section of trailer complete with Pockets and locking plates. Locking spigot system to be used.

Pockets: Outrigger pockets supplied to suit 5” Outriggers. Ramps: Full Hydraulic control. Manufactured from Hi-tensile Grade

80 and plated in 5mm Hi Tensile (Grade 80) sheeting. Ramp width 900mm, Single fold design fitted with detentable float position to avoid damaging cylinders on uneven ground. 400mm long Cleats fitted to outside edges of ramp face for track equipment plus profiled slots to reduce wind drag.

Load Restraints: Chain Load restraints set into Coaming Rail on Top and

Bottom Decks plus outside edges of deck plate. Wobble Plate: Supplied with minimum of 50mm lead in (Press Brake @

45 degrees) Toolboxes: 4 of Toolbox areas will be provided. 2 per side at front of

deck, with lockable lids and chain hook plates (1 per Toolbox).

Suspension: Hendrickson Heavy duty Air. Axles: 3 x BPW 17.5, 10 Stud Axles with grease filled Hub,

supplied c/w backing plates. Tyres: 13 of (includes spare) 215/75R17.5 Tubeless Radials. Wheel: 13 of 17.5 x 6.0, 10 stud. Spare wheel Provision: Fitment of 2 RHS pockets to take a demountable spare

wheel headboard to suit 1 x 11R 22.5 (customer supplied Wheel & tyre), 1 x 17.5 studded wheel & tyre TRT supplied. Braking: To ADR 38 Requirements. King Pin: 2” bolt up. Lighting: LED Multi volt lighting system. C/w Beacon in ramps. Side Markers at 2m centres – Turn indicator midway each

side. Flag Holders: Over width flag holders fitted in rear ramps and front

corner of main deck, using 1” ID pipe. Hydraulics: Ramp Valve fitted on Left-hand side of Trailer just ahead of

3rd axle. Plumbed to PTO. Ramp valve includes Float mode to avoid damaging cylinders on uneven ground.

Landing Legs: Heavy Duty Drop and Pin type. Paint: 2K (2 pack) Paint system. All steelwork is sandblasted prior

to Painting.
