In response to the notice published by the Division of the National Toxicology Program (NTP) on January 19, 2012, (see 74 FR 2728), enclosed please find the comments of the Truck and Engine Manufacturers Association ("EMA") regarding the proposed nomination of "diesel exhaust particulates" for possible review and evaluation in a future edition of the NTP's Report on Carcinogens.
