Regulatory issues
The 3G 2.1 GHz spectrum auction was held on October 16. Real Future was officially notified as the auction winner on October 18, 2012. True Group already paid the first payment of the license fee while NBTC is now during the process of granting the 2.1 GHz spectrum licenses.
True Group has been collaborating well with CAT to amend six clauses in the 3G True-CAT agreements according to NBTC’s recommendation; this matter is expected to be resolved within this year.
