TruGroove LED comes with a 5 year total system warranty, that covers the entire luminaire—including the LED board, driver and all fixture components—with world class support backed by Philips Ledalite.

Philips Ledalite is a partner of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lighting Facts Program. As a part of this program, all TruGroove LED configurations are independently tested to IES LM-79 industry standards to validate their performance. The Lighting Facts label provides key product performance data to ensure LED products perform as expected. (see label on reverse.)

MesoOptics LENS OPTIONS

Two lens options are available with most TruGroove configurations– a Flush or a Regressed MesoOptics acrylic lens. In continuous run lengths, lenses are pre-cut to maximum 8ft. increments.

HousingDie-formed 20 gauge cold rolled steel. Multiple wire entrances are available on top to allow continuous row mounting of fixtures.

Optical SystemWhite light emitted from the LED sources passes through a biconvex lens where it is internally reflected and laterally refocused. Light is then redirected by Miro Silver reflectors and exits through the optical lens assembly. The optical lens assembly consists of multiple acrylic extrusion profiles holding a layer of MesoOptics film, creating an uninterrupted continuum of light.

Lumen Maintenance At an ambient operating temperature of 30°C, the LED lifetime expectation is L80 > 60,000h.

FinishExtruded aluminum trim and die-cast endplates coated withelectrostatically applied and thermally cured polyester powder coat paint finish. Other custom colors are available; consult factory for details.

Weight Maximum 3.5lb/ft

Mounting Mounting brackets on side of housing supports T-Grid installation. The 1/16” diameter aircraft cable with self-locking, tamper-resistant, miniature cable gripper provides vertical adjustment for drywall. Aircraft cable, crimp and cable gripper independently tested to meet stringent safety requirements.

Electrical Factory pre-wired to section ends with quick-wire connectors.

DriversStandard non-dimming or 0-10V dimming (10-100%) available. Power factor >90%. Output is Class 2 rated.

ApprovalsCertified to UL, IES & CSA Standards. Insulation Contact (IC) rated.
