Trust Bank Ltd in partnership with TAF AFRICA GLOBAL GAMBIA LTD will grant mortgage loans to qualified persons who are interested in purchasing quality properties from TAF and then have the cost spread for 120 months for ease of repayment. Service Plots repayment will be spread for 60 months. The loan shall be denominated in Gambian Dalasi (GMD) only. Purpose

Property Cost

• Client contribution is at least 25% • Trust Bank Ltd will give 75% of property value as a mortgage loan to

client. Tenure

• 10 years i.e. 120 months repayment of principal plus interest for developed properties.

• 5 years i.e. 60 months repayment of principal plus interest for service plots. Construction Period – TAF GLOBAL AFRICA LTD shall carry out and complete the construction of the property; Bungalow within 6 to 8 months and 10 to 12 months where the property is a storey building from the date the sale agreement with the client is signed. • Completed TAF mortgage assessment form • Proof of employment (3 months’ salary slips) • Request letter from the customer • CV to facilitate facility write-up • Completed account opening forms with relevant documents • Business owners and the self employed will provide six months account

statement.

deed to Trust Bank Ltd as collateral for the facility 4. Executed Consent to Mortgage 5. Executed Legal Mortgage on the property 6. Borrower’s life and disability insurance with Trust Bank Ltd as loss payee 7. Comprehensive insurance of the property in the name of the customer during the tenor

of the facility against loss or damage by fire and allied risks with Trust Bank Ltd noted as First Loss Payee
