• In order to get max profits, some producers give up their sense of moral and legal, don’t care customers’ health and lives.

• Government sometimes doesn't keep promises.

• Improve legal system, but most important is to carry out strictly.

• Enterprises must learn to bear the social responsibility and establish a good reputation.

• The government should establish credibility and transparency.
