Jesus invited them to have breakfast with him. He took the bread and gave it to them, and the same with the fish. None of the disciples were bold enough to ask: “Who are you?” They realized it was the risen Lord. Those who practice good stewardship of their life of faith are touched by joy and moved by deep awe when encountering Christ in the celebration of the Eucharist. How do you experience the mysterious presence of Jesus in the Eucharist? Do you recognize his presence? Do you hear the Lord’s invitation to draw nearer? Do you experience a closeness, or a reserve? Participants pledge to pray for nine months for a baby in danger of abortion. While this child will remain unknown to his or her 'spiritual parent', God knows who the child is. Many people have found that naming 'their child' helps to keep them focused on the reality that their prayers are helping to save a particular baby from the harm of abortion. At the end of the nine months, we will host a baby shower that will benefit Woman’s New Life Center. More details coming soon. Pentecost Potluck: Our annual Pentecost Potluck will be held after the 11am Mass on Pentecost Sunday, May 15. Please plan to attend and bring a dish to share! Beginning Experience Weekend: April 22-24, This program is intended for those suffering the loss of a love relationship through death, divorce or separation who are ready to move for- ward with their lives. In today’s Gospel we hear of that mysterious meeting Jesus’ disciples had

Spiritual Adoption Program: St. Anthony of Padua will kick off the “Spiritual Adoption Program” next weekend, April 23/24. Participants pledge to pray for nine months for a baby in danger of abortion. While this child will remain unknown to his or her 'spiritual parent', God knows who the child is. Many people have found that naming 'their child' helps to keep them focused on the reality that their prayers are helping to save a particular baby from the harm of abortion. En el Evangelio de hoy nosotros escuchamos acerca de ese misterioso encuentro

que tuvieron los discípulos de Jesús con él en la orilla del Lago de Tiberíades. Jesús les

invitó a desayunar con él. Él tomó el pan y lo dio a los discípulos, e hizo lo mismo con

el pescado. Ninguno de los discípulos fue lo suficientemente audaz como para pregun-

tarle: “¿quién eres tú?” Ellos se dieron cuenta de que era el Señor resucitado. Quienes

practican la buena corresponsabilidad de su vida de fe son tocados por el gozo y

movidos por el profundo asombro cuando encuentran a Cristo en la celebración de la

Eucaristía. ¿Cómo experimenta usted la misteriosa presencia de Jesús en la Eucaristía?

¿Reconoce su presencia? ¿Escucha usted la invitación del Señor a acercarse más?

¿Experimenta usted un acercamiento, o una cautela? ¿Una familiaridad o una distancia?

caminos en la vida guiados por tu divina palabra y verdad. A través

de la intercesión de la virgen Maria, todos los ángeles y santos, escucha nuestra oración y llena las necesidades de tu iglesia a través

de Cristo nuestro Señor. Amén.

San Antonio de Padua tendrá el

"Programa de Adopción Espiritual"

el próximo fin de semana 23 y 24

de Abril. Participantes oraran

durante nueve meses por un bebe

en peligro de aborto. Mientras este

bebe permanece desconocido a su

'padre o madre espiritual', Dios

sabe quien es el bebe. Muchas

personas encuentran que nombrar

el bebe les ayuda a permanecer

enfocados en la realidad que sus

oraciones están ayudando salvar un

bebe en particular del peligro de

aborto. Al final de los nueve meses,

tendremos un baby shower que

beneficiara el Centro para Mujeres

Nueva Vida. Tendremos mas

detalles próximamente.
