The TS Power®Shred 69/90 is making a name for itself.

“The compact yet powerful TS Power®Shred 69/90 has become quite popular in North America’s small- to mid-size scrap processing yards. It has been specifically engineered to better fit the demands in today’s smaller and developing markets.”

Although smaller in size, the machine is designed for processing a complete mix of scrap metal that is typical of larger shredders — appliances, light scrap and loose material including both “peddler” scrap and car bodies.

Design featuresDesign features include a 40-degree feed chute, dual 30-inch feed roll, hydraulic roll drive, shredding chamber based on proven Lindemann ZZ175 design, disc or spider rotor, AC or single DC drive motor and basic electrical controls.

RotorsDisc rotorDesigned to withstand the demands of today’s high performance shredders, our proprietary, precision shrink-fit disc rotor features high strength materials to withstand system forces. These rotors are designed to fit in competitive makes of shredders as well as our own models.

Spider rotorOur spider rotor assemblies are designed to add substantially more work force. They offer fully-capped protection of the spiders and end discs, delivering long life. Aggressive and easy to feed, these rotors process

unshreddables that could cause broken grates, stretched bearing studs or more serious problems that can be encountered when using conventional rotors.
