SafeTrace™ Isolated Steam Tracers

ThermoncreatedSafeTracefamilyofisolatedsteamtracers,specificallytowinterizepipeswhilereducingburnrisksanddecreasingsteamconsumption,whencomparedtoconventionalbaretubesteamtracing.Additionally,SafeTracesteamtracingtubesprovideaccurateandpredictableheattransferpropertiesnecessarytomaintaintemperature-sensitiveorcorrosiveproducts.

SafeTracesteamtracersaredesignedtobeeasilyinstalledwithouttheneedforchannels,spacerblocksormetallicattachmentbands.Thetracersaresimplyattachedtothepipeworksorvesselwithahightemperatureadhesivetape.

TwoSafeTraceversions(DLSandSLS)canbeinstalledfromthesteamsupplyheader,alongtheheat-tracedlineandcontinuetothecondensatereturnmanifoldwithoutsplicesorfittings.SafeTracemakesthispossiblethroughacompositeconstruction(patentpending)thatculminateswithasafetyyellowpolymerjacket.
