I hope you are all enjoying the beautiful weather we have seen over the last
few weeks. Please remember to take care when out and about making sure
you use plenty of sun cream, wear hats and stay hydrated by drinking plenty
of water.
You may have seen some new faces around the centres over the last few

Golden Guide Lines for the Centres are:
If you arrive early for a group please be patient and wait
while the group leaders are setting up the room. We cannot let you in until the time on the schedule but you are welcome
to wait in reception. You are responsible for your children at all times in the
Centre unless they are in the crèche. We try really hard to
make sure our Centres are safe but please keep a close eye
on your little ones. Please do not use mobile phones in the Centre while you are
attending a group or activity. If you have to answer a call
please take your children with you and step outside. Please ask a member of staff if you wish to take a photo of your
child. Photos taken must not include any other children.
We do not accept smacking at our Centres. We would not
accept it for adults and so we certainly would not for our children. The team would be happy to talk to and support
parents/carers about managing children’s behaviour and we offer groups and courses too, please ask a member of staff.
Violence, aggressive behaviour and swearing are not
acceptable - anyone who is aggressive will be asked to leave
the group and may be asked not to return. All our Centres - including the garden and car parks are no
smoking areas. This is for the health and safety of our staff
and families.
Drugs & alcohol must not be brought to any groups/events,
anyone under the influence of these or any other addictive substances will be asked to leave.
Unfair treatment of others due to their race, culture, age,
religion, gender, disability or sexual orientation - is not accepted under any circumstances.
