Spelling/Vocabulary LI: I am learning to spell new spelling words that I can use to create better vocabulary in my writing. SC: I am able to use the look, say, cover, write and check method to practice spelling the new words.
Activity- Write out your spelling words 3 times using the ‘Look, Say, Cover, Write, Check’ method.
Extension: Choose 3-5 of the words and put them into complex sentences. Remember to use those subordinating conjunctions! E.g. after, although, because, since, when, if etc. Also don’t forget to use a comma when needed!
