The extension of the Tufty-Time project is a moreevident emphasis of the“Chesterfield” and “capitonné”

style, a special revival of theSixties and the Seventies whichis a period of great inspirationfor the designer. The upholstery,

now proposed in leather, ismarked by a squared subdivisionjoined through pleats of perforatedleather to ensure the seat

breathing. The new versionreconfirms the system’s flexibility,not only regarding its possibleconfigurations, but also its look.

La seconda fase del progettoTufty-Time recupera con maggioreevidenza lo spirito Chesterfielde capitonnè, con particolare

attenzione alla rilettura degli anni’60 e ’70, di cui la designer ègrande estimatrice. Il rivestimento,ora proposto in pelle, è

caratterizzato dalla suddivisionea grandi quadri uniti da un fondopiega, sempre in pelle ma forataper permettere traspirabilità alla

seduta. Il nuovo confezionamentoconferma la flessibilità del sistema,non solo dal punto di vistacompositivo ma anche formale.
