inexpensive vase filler.

2. Squeeze a small dab of hot glue into the hole that you’ve created.....this is what will hold the tulle in place.

1. Use the handle end of the paint brush to poke a hole in the Styrofoam. Be careful not to push through the opposite side.

3. Quickly gather a tulle round in the middle so that it fans out at the top, and force the gathered portion into the hole using the paintbrush handle.

4. Repeat the previous step all the way around the wreath. Keep the holes close together for a fuller wreath.

5. The finished wreath can accent a reception table, decorate pews, or even grace the church doors.
