THE PURPOSE OF THIS BID IS TO SECURE A CONTRACT ON TESTING SERVICES FOR ALLTULSA COUNTY DEPARTMENTS AND RELATED AGENCIES ON AS NEEDED BASIS FOR APERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR BEGINNING ON NOVEMBER 17, 2015.

BIDDERS WILL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL ANDPERSONNEL TO ACCOMPLISH EACH JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AS PRESCRIBED BYTULSA COUNTY PERSONNEL.

BIDS WILL INCLUDE ALL TESTING SERVICES AS SPECIFIED.
