• Performance-Oriented Construction Activities (POCA) – range from $100K - $3.5M

• Construction/ Design-Build Services – range from $3.5M to $15M sole source (Tribally-owned or Alaska Native firms only) or to $49.5M (Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCS))

• Job Order Contracts (JOC) – installation / location specific

• Specialty -- Industry Specific




POCA IDIQ -- Total Value from $100K - $3.5M, base
