Spotlight on TNC’s Newest Interest Group “Fitness” 3rd Thursday of Each Month
Our President, Elizabeth Aguirre, will be the leader of a fun and inviting fitness group which will meet once a month. She will try to have gyms or businesses provide an “introductory free or low cost” session of various activities. The first session will be at 41st and Riverside Dr. at 9:00 am where we will do a 2 mile walk. We will need everyone who participates to sign a waiver at the time of arrival so that TNC is not liable in case of injury. Elizabeth is CPR certified and will have her Hatha Yoga Teacher certification after October which is perfect for beginners. She has committed to leading this new group for 2 years!!!! Please contact Elizabeth by February 19th if you plan to participate in the walk this month. She can be reached at [email protected] or (918) 978-1939.
Our sponsors provide gift certificates for our monthly luncheons. When you shop at any of our sponsors’ businesses, tell them you are a member of TNC and that we appreciate their sponsorship! Please be sure to send the provided “thank you note” after you redeem. If
you know of a business that might be interested in becoming a TNC sponsor, please contact Joanne Potts at (440) 263-7505 or [email protected]
