Turnstone to Build Two Custom Homes on King
Charles Ave. - Spring 2018 Availability
Turnstone Custom Homes is pleased to announce 2 new custom homes to be built
on 805 and 807 King Charles Avenue in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This is a sought-
after location is just steps to the beach and boards, and two blocks from Silver Lake.

The design process and specifications are almost complete. Once the detailed
specifications are finalized we will set prices and list the homes. We currently
anticipate prices in the mid-$2 million range. Lot reservation forms are currently
being accepted to prioritize the interests of prospective buyers.
Referring Agents can receive 2.5% of the contract price (to be paid at final
settlement) by bringing a qualified buyer to contract, either before or after the

While the building footprint and exterior elevations have been finalized, it is not
